Hello,
I hope you are doing well. You are reading about a passionate, quality centric, goal orientened, mildly OCD but on the whole a curious soul. I am the first programmer from a family with a long list of doctors. I have been programming since 2005 back when I was in 8th grade and I find myself still in love with it. I have worked as an ETL developer, a Data Engineer and a Quality Analyst before I got into Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science. This experience definitely gave me an edge in the new and booming AIML - DS world by thrusting analytical and statiscal knowledge one gains from playing around with humongous volumes of data.

We built a recommendation system to match the resource pool to the open opportunities based on skill sets and a custom built affinity score and similarity matrix. We built an ElasticSearch data lake to offer a search engine to the recruiters looking for suitable resources. The results are sorted by relevance so the recruiters know in which order to interview the resources. The system has been reverse engineered to recommend jobs to the available resources.
