Primary responsibilities include design and development of application code, as well as, the day-to-day management of data exchange with clients. Worked with the Senior Marketing Technology Manager at Daltile with his yearly budget, helping him decide what projects would be the most profitable and what projects to put the most emphasis on during the year. Managed all of Daltile Corporation’s online presence. This contains 5 main websites each with their own CMS, and 4 intranet portals for each of the three product brands that comprise Daltile Corporation. These websites generate over 125 million visits per month. Develop and maintain intranet functionality for Daltile Corporation to manage their extensive online marketing tools, including their websites. Each of the three websites uses interactive CMS systems allowing representatives to change and modify website data real-time. DaltileProducts.com and AmericanOlean.com account for over 40million user visits each per month. Developed a flashbased navigation for Crizal Pro, as well as, maintained the Flash and monthly information changes (implemented into the Flash SWF’s) to the site for 4 months during 2004. Developed a Testimonial form that interfaces with an SQL database and MS Access database via C# to handle customer testimonial submissions from an HTML based form. The projects listed below denoted with an ‘*’, interface with Verisign for real-time credit card processing. The ‘**’ projects interface with Authorize.net. Each module ranged from three to seven minutes long and walked potential buyers through the features of one of 3Com’s most successful software applications, Network Director.

Senior engineer over two existing web products in the ANX portfolio. Responsible for maintaining a mentor presence over the team of five existing developers. Lead tech interviewer for potential new-hires. Responsible for engineering new UI features in jQuery and developing a standards document for future UI development. Worked closely with QSA’s to ensure PCI compliancy rules are followed in the current application workflow. Presented weekly to upper management on the current status of desired projects Reviewed existing application workflows and code structure and proposed modifications to increase application efficiency. Working on overall web strategy standards document for company-wide implementation. ANX is an OSsoftware basedprovider and their web application portfolio is due to acquisitions. The standards document is designed to standardize future development on the web-based applications. Worked daily with off-shore team based in China. Managed development efforts of the China team while also maintaining a senior engineer role leading the development process. Developed using VB/C# .Net, Java 1.5-1.6 and used SQL Server 2005/2008 and MySQL 5+.
