 Performed role as Technical Application Owner for large number of legacy systems with numerous downstream and upstream integrations.  Performed role as Technical Solution Owner for many high visibility work efforts leading teams of developers, QA, and STE's.  Designed, created, and maintained multiple on premises containerized C# .Net Core RESTful API's as well as pipelines and processes associated with them  Built out standards, practices, and processes used for API development.  Performed role as LEAN Ambassador  Mentored and onboarded many developers of all levels and various backgrounds  Implemented various fixes and custom solutions with emphasis in C#.  Lead complex research and troubleshooting efforts  Performed role as technical screener for new hires of all levels  Conceived and subsequently collaborated with business team to Implement program to socialize business concepts to IT.
