Implemented API integrations and cloud functions on Google Cloud Platform for extraction and loading to the data lake. Big data management and querying. Created a full cloud-based ETL pipeline on GCP with automated extracting, cleaning and formatting data, storage in BigQuery, transformation for different databases for visualisation on multiple platforms. Re-designing legacy SQL databases and migrating from legacy to new models in an agile approach and using deployment tools.

Formulated and review policies in regards to industry improvement. Created functional and technical applications of a set of policies. Implemented the Microsoft Partnership Center with Microsoft Dynamics 365, copilot, Microsoft AI (ISV Program) and other CRM, ERP & Tools. Implemented Microsoft Azure and migrated data from on-premise to Azure Managed Instances, VMs, Data Lake. Implemented cybersecurity and compliance protocols. Configured Microsoft tools e.g. Microsoft Entra (identity management and governance), Azure, Purview and Fabric. Implemented Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics 365) and integrated with Power Platform, Azure, Entra and Microsoft 365 Apps.

Set a roadmap and aligned feature release and set timelines. Broke down client requirements and executive expectations. Designed and developed a data visualisation and geolocation application. Created technical documentation and provided training for end-users. Worked with the COO to align productivity with target goals.
