Hello! My name is Brandon! I have been a software developer for almost 15 years and have loved every minute of what I do. I have excelled as a sofware developer in part because coding is fun for me and when I have free time I learn new technologies and build applications for fun. Programming just makes sense to me and I quickly excelled in my professional career.
I quickly because a team lead shortly after starting my career and quickly realized how much I enjoyed helping other developers understand and learn how to code better and learn clean coding or coding best practices.

Javascript might be the single most used language in web development. From day 1 I have had to work in Javascript. Regardless of using C#, React or Angular, Javascript has always used along side with it. With the use of Node JS and Typescript you can stay in the Javascript world and have most the benefits of other languages. This is why I have loved React, as it is a way to even use Javascript for HTML as well.

I always had to use Javascript, but early on felt like it was less organized as other languages like C# or Java. When I started using Typescript it brought over most of what I loved from C# into Javascript and made it so I now preferred using Javascript with Typescript over C#.

In my opinion, React might be one of the greatest things that happened to web development. I have worked in Knockout.js, Angular and many others. But when I started learning React, it just made so much more sense to how I worked. I have loved working in React, and while programming changes as quickly as the weather some times, I hope React is around for a long time.
