Hello! I have 6+ years of software development experience at a variety of different companies. I'd like to use codementor to help level the playing field between smaller and larger development companies. I specifically think many smaller companies could benefit from processes typical in larger companies such as more formal code review processes. Some smaller companies certainly do have this in place already, but I could see codementor serving a purpose for many that aren't there yet.

One of my primary hobby projects these days is home automation. I use an open source framework called Home Assistant. Additionally, I use an add-on called AppDaemon that allows me to use python for more complex automations. My favorite automation is my "Alarming Audio Alarm Clock." I opened up a spreadsheet to a handful of friends who can now submit (typically ridiculous) songs via YouTube URLs for my smart speaker to use to wake me up in the morning.
