One of my dearest client was a top performing government who decided to choose me and my team to build the new generation of their border management software. This opportunity brought some high level responsibilities on my side, and together with my team we were able to achieve the successful launch of the software, build and managed a dedicated testing team of 8 members part of the entire development teams of 45 members. I was always the person that made sure that we deliver the requested quality and that planned and dynamic expectations of the client were met. Testing team used Selenium with Java for the automation on top of a custom developed automation framework. Testing management and tracking was done with Octane and Azure DevOps.
