Shell/bash scripting - SSM automation

hello there,

i'm working on creating aws ssm automation through cloudformation. in order for the automation to run several shell commands.

because the commands takes long time to be executed. The automation is timed out.

The issue is not with the automation itself, becuase i already increaed the number of time out in seconds of the automation, and it's timed out before even exceeded the limit.

i'm assuming that the issue is with the shell commands itself, and i need a help to manage the script
