I mentor several American, European and Indian startups. I enjoy guiding them through the journey of creating and developing their ideas, and turning them into a reality. It is my firm belief that the ability to mobilize and motivate a team, even in times of challenges, is a key pre-condition for the kind of synergy that is necessary to the ultimate success of a startup.

I'm the CEO of Clecotech International, a software and web development company, where I work with a group of creatives, strategists, and software engineers. I am very passionate about guiding them through out the cycle of a product and software development.

Innovation and creativity are at the core of my vision for the future: I became a software developer because I always loved creating meaningful projects. I enjoy learning new technologies and like playing with them. I believe in open-source products and seek to contribute to them. The tech industry is constantly growing, changing and moving in different directions. I find it challenging and exciting - it incites me to continue to evolve while I develop my skill set.
