• Improved asynchronous background tasks by using dedicated worker server deployments resulting in uninterrupted continuous task processing at scale.

Worked with Arbisoft to assist in solution architecture and team management for their German clients.

• Successfully managed client relationships as the engineering manager, resulting in an NPS score of 100 from the client and expansion of the engineering team.
• Successfully delivered a custom video encoding MVP in 40 days by managing the engineering team and project scope.
• Gave two talks on effectively architecting greenfield projects to the Pakistani and German engineering divisions.
