• Was leading a team of 5 which includes coaching and mentoring, facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, analyzing incoming project requests and designing solutions, planning execution and delivery, driving operational tasks.
• Optimized contribution and operational processes as well as features and changes delivery by splitting a frontend project by 3 to extract products based on business domains.
• Successfully delivered a project which includes leading the entire project lifecycle, working with a cross-team group, collecting and identifying requirements, designing the architecture, planning and launching.

Cashless Fuel Payment Solution

The main product of the company is an E-Wallet mobile application which allows customers to pay for fuel at fuel stations. Besides that it’s a broad solution including 100+ microservices on back-end and 15+ front-end applications which covers both customer facing and administration features.

• Designed and built Identity and Account Management solution including external authorization service which allowed the solution to process about 10 times higher load.
• Developed and successfully delivered a customer faced web application embedded into partner’s mobile application which increased fuel purchases and conversion.
• Designed architecture and developed oAuth 2.0 based authorization service to allow partners applications to integrate with the main product.

UAV Mission Monitoring

Ground Control Station desktop application to control and monitor Unmanned Aircraft Systems in real time.

• Analyzed business requirements and broke down them to technical software tasks easy-to-understood for developers.
• Designed scalable and reliable solution consisting of both back-end and front-end sides.
• Was leading a feature team of 4 and successfully integrated and delivered the solution respecting all customer expectations and deadlines.
• Participated in on-site workshops with customer and end-users providing on-demand enhancements and support.
