I work as a Full Stack Engineer at Hackerearth. Hackerearth's core product is a testing tool which is used by clients to evaluate candidates while hiring. It is also used for L&D purpose. My primary responsibility is to develop features for this end-to-end. Apart from that, I am also a part of the infrastructure on-call team which looks after the stability of the server infrastructure. Some of the projects which I have worked upon are - - Writing the test interface using React for all problem types available on the platform to improve page load time and performance. - Evaluation engine for Machine Learning problems - API for Hackerearth Recruit using Python's Tastypie library - API to integrate ATS's like Greenhouse, Bullhorn & ICIMS with Hackerearth - Generic Cloning Utility, the utility is capable of cloning any object along with all its fields with least database queries - Session Logger to identify if candidates are disconnected from the internet - An error log parser for programming problem submissions which parses the error log generated on executing the candidates code and returns a meaningful text based response - An output checker which compares candidates submission result with expected result and tells him what can be the reasons his output might be wrong - Generic FileField where one can define the maximum file size and the allowed file types - Use Stripe APIs to create the billing module - Audit Logs, a utility to track action logs in the interface that can later be used for debugging and auditing - Evaluation engine for Full Stack Application using Docker
