Lead Software Engineer

I am currently working as a lead software engineer in a leading ad-tech company Media.net, but daily office hours is just not my thing. I am gaining experience to build something of my own in future.

I have worked as a web developer in award winning startups like PlaypowerLabs, Appbase, Gridle. But web development is not where I stop, I like to scale and containerise things, also collect and work on big data set by building automated pipeline. Currently I am getting my hands dirty with Kubernetes, Docker and building highly scalable backend systems in Java.

Apart from technical side, I am also quite involved with cultural activities around me. I like to write (mostly horror fiction, any one interested can ping me), dance and dramatics (street, stage, mime, mimc). I would love to write along with someone too. Apart from that I am a big website critic, if you ever want to know what's bad in your website, even if everyone believes it's perfect, I am not going to.

I spend a lot of time in understanding a problem statement and analysing it before working on it to yield best results. I value every member of a group equally and always encourages everyone to learn even if someone feels incapable of contributing.
