Worked in multiple projects. Was part of Ruby Science Foundation(SciRuby) as Google Summer of Code student and released statstical libraries in Ruby - Statsample-Timeseries and Statsample-GLM. Interned at Olacabs, India and worked on their Ruby and Rails infrastructure. Released lot of helpful gems and libraries independently. Use Ruby heavily in current organization.

Have fair understanding of JS concepts and used it in varieties of combinations like: Rails + JS (web app development), backend development with Node.js and UI development with jQuery.

Created multiple web applications on Rails like BrainStorm, TwiBubble, TwitterNG, and contributed heavily on StackOverflow.

Have working knowledge of jQuery and it's fundamentals. Well versed with DOM manipulations and AJAX api.

Not enough to probably guide about this. But have fair understanding of MySQL and some internals.

Have used git for years and I know how painful it can get sometimes. Was thrilled when I helped out one acquaintance to recover from git reset --hard. I strongly encourage that history should be preserved and believe that as long as anything was committed somewhere, it still exists!
