I've experienced traditional working style without proper practices, version control but have find that many project teams today with modern practices and tool to be much less efficient and working less as a team.

I've been mentoring various people in different teams for a better working culture, what it means to build a software with Product Mindset and what it means to be working as a team. We explore the whys and how to create a better culture and environment for work.

I'm also a fan of Test Automation and have been mentoring people on Test Driven Development through pair programming and understanding the whys and experiencing the benefits.

Throughout my experience, I find may teams are not practicing the DevOps/Continuous Delivery Culture and I would like to contribute my part.
