- I'm usually a one stop shop for a client. I do the job of Business Analyst, Architect, Admin, and Developer.
- My main goal - streamline business processes with Salesforce, allowing clients to focus on creative tasks instead of tedious, time-consuming ones.
- Usually I'm a single Salesforce technical professional for a client. I'm the one responsible for their Salesforce org - implementing new functionality, maintaining existing one, and suggesting new functionality based on business processes I'm exposed to.
- At the same time I can hire more people to help me (client) deal with a workload if needed. I have a list of developers who I can trust and have complete confidence.

The setup included selecting resources which will be used to do the job, their rate and planned hours; dates of each invoice. There was a page where a user (manager) can check the whole plan and who will work on each invoice, what it will cost. Input of actual hours. Calculations of how many left. Down payments.
