Being specialized in MODX and everything that comes with it has been one of the main reasons for clients to stay with us. It doesn't matter if you logged yourself out of your installation or if an upgrade failed or if you need additions to be made to your system. More common fixes that we can easily provide are fixes of speed issues, caching issues, internationalizations, database and permission problems and all those beautiful things that show up every once in a while.

Personally I haven't been using any other operating system since 1997. I own a marketing agency and this company does their own IT - based on linux and OpenBSD. Most of the time people ask for our help for setting up certain services (nginx, apache, postfix, dovecot, opendkim, spamassassin, clamav, samba, etc.) or if they somehow managed to mess up their dependency tree during a dist-upgrade. I can pretty much fix any linux installation that is screwed up as long as I have root access and the box hasn't been a victim of a rootkit. I can also find the messed Wordpress/Joomla installation that is causing your system to spam other servers :)
