UX - The battle line is drawn (Intro)
UX - User Experience, and according to Daniel Roth, "Shorter and frequent beats the reverse". I will be keeping most of my post short.
Thinking of business is nice, having a great thought of design is cool, and arranging an army of 'bad' developers in a superb office setting is fantastic, but, in all thy thinking, spending, meetings, code jam, dojo, agile - never forget one thing, User Experience.
The joy of every producer is to see his/her products fulfilling her purpose in the hands/lives of its consumer. User experience handles the area of how people tend to use amy interactive product: the look and feel, how easy to get to use it, what goes on in their mind while they are busy using it, how cool it serves the purpose and most importantly how high the probability of them coming back to use it.
Funny enough, so many 'producers' tend to produce same product with little or no upgrade, the battle line is now drawn on how great attention a product will get base on the 'alternatives' user now have.
As I've stated earlier, 'Shorter and frequent beats the reverse', this is just an intro to the main dish i have in store. Up next is "The Elements of User Experience".
I humbly welcome comments, thanks.
