Coordinate with onsite teams, providing technical guidance to enhance operational efficiency. Diagnose and resolve technical issues for remote users, utilizing remote access tools (CW support, CW control and VSA). Train new team members in system/ backup related tasks to proficiently navigate our systems/ tools. Lead server/backup team, and implemented Veeam Backup and Replication in different clients for secure data protection.

Administrated infrastructure, including servers, switches, firewalls, and routers of DR site. Was responsible for communication of whole infrastructure of DR site with all other offices. Maintained documentation regarding network configuration and troubleshooting procedures related to network, hardware or software configuration. Lead helpdesk team, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment are working smooth in all branches.
