Navicat :MySQL helper and game changer.

MySql is a very good database especially if you are developing websites using PHP.
Usually there are situations in live development where there are certain pressures like:

Time
Money.

Though these factors becomes less if you are staying in US or other western countries.
The time was 2003 ,me and my senior partner was developing a shopping cart.There was no PayPal available (still limited) ,internet was expensive as well as buying extra software was not an option.

But to present a live working shopping cart to management you needed data in live server.

Also considering my knowledge in PHP was 0,but I was handling database part anyway.

My previous knowledge was in ASP,Java,etc(not live).

I had used mysql in command prompt(no mysql admin or xammpp).I did not yet discover it!

It was a tiresome job ,doing boring data entry into local databse of various cigars.I was a programmer and not data entry operator !It kind of felt frustrating.

I knew there has to be way of transferring the data into live server without doing data entry again or using some complicated scripts.(Mysql knowldge anout scripts was minimal.Strong point :knowldge of C,C++,Java theoritically and class practice).

Then found Navicat

It was alive saver.It had thirty day free trial.I just needed  few hours any way.Two to three days to just experiment of what it could do.Hey we had office hours too.
