• Successfully created and launched the rental insurance business unit, resulting in a new business unit in the largest “traditional” insurance company in the nation.
• Developed and implemented custom software that extended the existing COBOL system, resulting in a modern front end for a legacy core system and its separate processing times.
• Ensured code quality and maintainability by implementing a continuous software delivery pipeline with corresponding source code and issue management. Trained the company’s operators to use the platform.
